HOA Meeting Information

A Home Owners Association meeting is held one to two times a year to address relevant and time sensitive topics.  Any item of common interest is also discussed. The Board officers meet as needed to conduct business for the Association, usually four quarterly meetings.

If you would like to connect with our board, use the Communication page.  We have started storing the Meeting Minutes in a folder on Dropbox.

Annual Dues Information

The  yearly dues for Carriage Point HOA are $250.00 and are due in July. The main reason for  this amount is the large amount of common area that is maintained under the direction of the Board. Late fees and interest are applied for failure to pay. This is done reluctantly and it is preferable to work with the homeowners.

A copy of the covenants, conditions, and restrictions are available to download below.  Our intention is that this material be informative and welcoming, not negative or restrictive. We think Carriage Point is a great place to live and hope you do too!

To Make a Payment

A check can be mailed to our PO Box.  Please address the check to Carriage Point HOA and ensure the home address is listed on the check if not already.

FAQ

The  officers of Carriage Point HOA have put together the enclosed list of  things every resident should know. This is not a comprehensive list, but  simply items that have come to our attention regularly.  We have  condensed what appears to be important issues, restrictions, and  guidelines in an easier to read style. We hope it will be helpful to  both  new and long term residents.

As always, for full details on the  Homes Association’s covenants, conditions, and restrictions, please  refer to your copy of the covenants.
